To provide efficient support to the delivery of administrative tasks.
Effectively managing key stakeholder relationships in providing a consistent service offering, delivering exceptionally memorable and rewarding experiences to our customers.In this role you will:Build collaborative relationships with asset teams, ensuring a consistent service and excellent customer experience.Achieve 100% accuracy in Tenancy Schedules and perform monthly rent up and invoicing.Complete lease outgoing adjustments, rent reviews, and conduct lease audits in compliance with lease requirements and legislation.Manage daily receipting, assist with debt collection, and support month-end financial procedures.Drive administrative efficiency, adhere to reporting deadlines, and contribute to divisional initiatives and strategy implementation.Your point of difference The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the property industry and demonstrated account reconciliation and administration experience.
The role requires a high level of IT proficiency, a strong understanding of relevant legislation and legal obligations, and a proactive, self-motivated approach to problem-solving and improving system efficiency.
You possess exceptional administration, time management, and organisational skills with strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
