Your new role will primarily focus on stores located in NSW & ACT and involve the following:•Training new Merchandisers•Securing and building promotional displays and Off Location•Demonstrations and Trade Events•Leave coverage•Seeking out new business opportunities to enhance FIT’s stable of clients in Independent Hardware and other Retail outlets•Maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders including clients, suppliers and other team members•Ensuring our clients’ products are represented, displayed, and maintained in accordance with each client’s expectations to achieve maximum sales and promotion of their product(s)•Assisting Bunnings team members and other suppliers in completing POG complianceABOUIT YOU:•Demonstrated experience in a Merchandising and Sales role within the Hardware/Retail industry•Current drivers’ licence•Ability to travel regionally, as required•Self-motivated with the ability to follow instructions and deliver on promises•Strong verbal and written communication skills•Proven relationship building ability with internal and external stakeholders•Good computer skills with a flair for portable technology; and last but not least•Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to bringing your A game every day•Team leadership experience is desirable, however a keen interest to upskill to a future team leader is essential in this role**Please note, the successful candidate will have availability between Monday to Friday, between 7am - 6pm to carry out full time / 38 hours per week role**PERKS & BENEFITS:•Attractive remuneration package including car & fuel card•Flexible work roster & great work-life balance•Generous discounts available via our employee portal (Gift cards, Cinema vouchers + more!)•Make this role your own with no two days being the same PLUS mentorship and more...Are you READY to Join?To apply, please submit your application using the button below.
