About The Company
Our client is one of the largest waterproofing contractors in the Victorian building and construction industry and provides quality waterproofing services to the commercial and civil construction sectors and to asset owners and managers requiring remedial waterproofing works. The business continues to grow across all targeted sectors but particularly in the civil construction sector where it has recently been successful in winning tenders on major infrastructure projects that will run into 2027 and beyond.
About The Opportunity
They are now seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple projects in the civil and commercial sectors. This role is critical in ensuring that all allocated projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
* Understanding the project scope, specifications, budgets, and KPIs
* Regularly reviewing performance and reporting to management
* Manage project mobilisation, scheduling, and ongoing support activities in collaboration with the operations support team
* Lead, guide, and oversee teams, including subcontractors, to ensure timely completion of work sections
* Collaborate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve technical issues
* Representing the company at meetings with clients and consultants
* Monitoring compliance with QA standards and maintaining necessary documentation
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the building and construction sector
* Demonstrated experience in delivering major commercial or infrastructure projects in the $2m - $10m range
* A degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or a related field
* A proven track record of working with QA systems and delivering compliant outcomes

* Strong leadership and performance management skills
* Excellent stakeholder engagement capabilities with integrity and loyalty
* Negotiation, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills
* A highly motivated attitude and enthusiasm for personal and professional growth
