Lead and develop a team of Aquatic Service Officers, guiding them in providing excellent supervision and service. Assist with administrative duties such as rostering, data entry, and license management. Play a key role in implementing and improving operational policies and procedures, with a focus on safety and continuous improvement. What You'll Bring A current Pool Operations Certificate, Pool Lifeguard Certificate, LIWA Aquatics Accreditation, and Applied First Aid Certificate. Proven experience in aquatic/recreation facility supervision and operations. Expertise in pool maintenance and water quality management, with a solid understanding of OSH standards and compliance. Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and manage your team effectively.
