Your Role
Step into the spotlight as a Change Manager, across our Retail Insurance Australia Portfolio Change team. As Change Manager, you'll support the execution of end-to-end change management for complex projects spanning IAG and our largest division with the NRMA, CGU, and Rollin' brands. You'll also make a difference by contributing to change management capability uplift and awareness. The role sits within a collaborative and supportive team of change professionals that deliver change across a large portfolio of strategic projects and programs, including risk and regulatory changes, transformations, and so much more!
This is a permanent position to be based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney). About You A dynamic change practitioner who thrives in ambiguity and relishes a challenge.Experience in supporting end-to-end change for large and diverse audiences in a complex environment.Proven change management experience including the planning, development and delivery of effective change communications and learning.Passionate about managing people risk and enabling the effective embedment of change.Demonstrated capability in stakeholder management and engagement.Ability to adapt to new ways of working including adoption of AI into change practices.Adept at using Jira to plan and track the completion of your deliverables alongside your project peers.Applications close Friday 25th April 2025 at 23:59pm AEST.
