Due to unprecedented growth across SA they are currently seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team in Adelaide.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager the Customer Service Co-ordinator provides day to day co-ordination of service jobs and scheduled maintenance for clients.
You will plan, assign, co-ordinate, sets priorities and coordinate service schedules. Responsibilities include;
* Coordination of service jobs from start to finish, including all facets of job creation to invoicing
* Responsible to team members for providing support and creating an environment of teamwork, mutual respect and trust.
* Assist with the ongoing coordination of service agreements and jobs ensuring that customers are made aware of cost and timeframes
* Undertake invoicing as per company requirements ensuring that accounts for work in progress and/or completed projects are finalised and forwarded within designated timeframes
* Manage client relationships and ensure they are kept informed of progress; maximise the potential for ongoing relationships, referrals and repeat business
* Ensure customer complaints are given a high priority and action is taken immediately with a focus on minimising recurrence
ABOUT YOU
* At least 2 years’ experience undertaking administration duties in a services environment
* Ability to develop work schedules and allocate duties
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co workers and customers
* Proven organisation and prioritising skills with a strong attention to detail
* General administration experience including the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
