Key Duties Include:
1. Maintaining good phone mannerisms for effective communication
2. Managing calendars and emails for team efficiency
3. Scheduling appointments and coordinating with multiple departments
4. Demonstrating strong organisational skills and attention to detail
5. Filing physical files and managing archiving processes
6. Performing data entry tasks accurately
Requirements:
1. Available Monday to Friday, (8:00am - 12:30pm)
2. Initial 2-month assignment, with the possibility of extending
3. National Police Clearance
4. Working with Children Check (WWCC) - Desirable
5. Reliable car and valid Driver's Licence
