The Centre
TheRumpus RoomMarks Point has been operating since the beginning of 2021, and we feel very fortunate to be providing long-day care services for children of all ages in the Marks Point community.
Our service caters for 32 children of varied ages per day and operates in a very homely, intimate, family-grouped situation where children of all ages play and learn in the same physical space. This provides wonderful opportunities for emotional and social development and peer-based learning, and gives our service its unique boutique feel.
Children are not separated based on age, however we use differentiated routines and curriculums to ensure all children have the opportunity to thrive. We have a Preschool Team (Wild Things) of educators and an Infant Team (Mischief Mountain) of educators to ensure that these routines and curriculums are individualised and responsive to the needs of each child.
