Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and management of our properties. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in property management, a keen understanding of real estate laws and regulations, and exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Property Management:
o Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, budgeting, reports, and tenant relations.
o Ensure properties are maintained in excellent condition, overseeing repairs, renovations, and regular maintenance activities.
o Develop and implement property management plans, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
2. Tenant Relations and Leasing:
o Manage tenant relations, addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
o Conduct property showings, screenings, and lease negotiations to secure and retain tenants.
o Enforce lease agreements and ensure compliance with leasing policies.
3. Regulatory Compliance:
o Stay updated on state real estate laws and regulations.
o Ensure properties comply with all legal requirements and safety standards.
o Handle legal issues, evictions, and disputes in compliance with applicable laws.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management.
* Certificate of Registration or License qualifications.
* Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
* Second-hand sales experience is a plus.
