About the Role:
We are currently looking for the next Training Manager based in QLD.
To be successful in this role you will have strong leadership, an understanding of branding and culture and understand the importance of your role is to train and develop to improve and drive business results.
Management of the ongoing development and delivery of the TAF retail training program through a blended learning program encompasses in-store and online training, seminars and conferences covering Fit Technician through to Master Fit accreditation's and Supplier Training.
Goal is to support and drive all levels of the TAF business forward through education and hands on training. They will consult, influence and engage stakeholders to support the transfer of learning to the workplace.

To be successful you will have:
16. Proven experience as a Retail Training Manager, Cluster/Area Manager or similar
17. Experience in developing training content
18. Experience in the management, coordination and facilitation of training workshops and initiatives
19. People Management Experience
20. An experienced facilitator
21. Proficient in MS Office
