Role The relevant role is a Project Manager position and will involve overseeing multiple Office Fitout and Refurbishment projects simultaneously. The role will initially start on contract, with the idea to take the right person on full time after the contract concludes. Responsibilities will include: Managing and preparing scopes of works and sub-contract packages Assess sub-contractor variations and progress payments Preparing monthly cost reports for directors Manage financials and budgets of project and resources accordingly Attending PCG meetings and communicate effectively with clients Requirements Project Manager experience for a Fitout and Refurbishment contractor delivering projects in excess of $2M Experience delivering multiple projects simultaneously Procore software experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Immediate availability or on short notice If you are interested, apply below: E: m.lewisaspectpersonnel.com.au.
