This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact by facilitating apprentices' transition, fostering positive learning experiences, and strengthening employer relationships.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Serve as the first point of contact for apprentices, trainees, and employers to ensure a smooth transition into the adult education learning environment.Responsible for the onboarding process and delivery of induction programs including site visits with apprentices and employers.Adherence to compliance requirements associated with apprenticeships and traineeships.Act as a conduit to connect apprentices and trainees with relevant support services including learning support, counselling, employment and personal challenges.Support apprentices and trainees through their educational journey, fostering retention and career outcomes.Establish professional networks with employers, community organisations, and apprenticeship support networks to enhance the student experience.ABOUT YOUPractical experience in engaging and supporting apprentices and trainees, particularly in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector.Strong organisational and time management skills to handle competing priorities.Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.Proficiency in MS Office applications, CRM tools, and database management systems.Knowledge of apprenticeship compliance requirements, training packages, and mentoring strategies for young students.A degree in careers advice, job placement, employment services, or a related field (or relevant experience in lieu of formal qualifications).A current valid driver’s license is essential.ABOUT USHolmesglen is a leading education provider, valued by local and international learners, industry and the community.
