You will be working alongside the property and projects team providing legal support in matters relating primarily to property management, leasing and disputes. What you'll need to succeed Admitted to practice in NSW with a current Legal Practising Certificate Substantial post-admission experience (at least 5 years PQE) in property and disputes. Evaluating complex commercial and property situations and determining strategies to effectively manage legal and strategic risk, particularly for project related matters. Managing competing high priority matters and deadlines. Establishing and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. In-depth knowledge of the relevant legislation Strong client management skills, and someone who has a stellar work ethic.
