Rural Workforce Agency NT (RWA NT) is a branch within NT PHN, responsible for ensuring that all communities in the Northern Territory have access to a quality and sustainable health workforce. Reporting to the Team Lead, the Workforce Support Officer is responsible for providing administrative support to the workforce team and associated workforce programs. The mix of activities in the role may change from time to time in response to workforce program needs and branch support requirements.If you have the following skills and experience, we'd love to chat: Knowledge or training equivalent to a relevant degree and/or extensive equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and Outlook.Strong organisational and time-management skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently and apply a solutions-based approach while managing changing organisational prioritiesEffective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide high level customer service in a multicultural environment.Demonstrated stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to build rapport, develop professional relationships and contribute effectively to a team using initiative.Ability to prioritise, problem solve and meet deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
