My client focuses on delivering tailored security measures for clients in sectors like corporate, government, events, and retail. The Role You will oversee the execution of testing of the Workforce Management (WFM) application. This includes end to end phases of testing, including System Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), Unit Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Parallel Testing, and Regression Testing. You will be responsible for establishing detailed test plans, facilitating execution, and ensuring collaboration with project teams, testing resources, and business Subject Matter Experts for flawless delivery. Responsibilities: Test Management: Develop and execute a Test Plan in collaboration with the implementation partner, ensuring alignment with the project schedule and go-live date. Establish and implement testing tools and frameworks to optimise testing across the project lifecycle. Lead the implementation and training of automated testing tools to ensure efficient regression testing. Validate the quality of test scripts and ensure thorough execution for SIT, UAT, and parallel testing phases. Document and triage all defects, collaborating with relevant parties for effective resolution and regression testing. Track and report testing progress, including pass and fail rates, and ensure detailed reporting for all workstreams. Vendor Management: Partner with the implementation team to track test cases, issues, and defects, ensuring all parties are aligned. Collaborate with the test lead to resolve defects and provide actionable recommendations to the project leadership team and working groups. Your Profile Proven experience in managing and delivering large-scale testing projects in a technical or software environment. Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, including SIT, UAT, Parallel Testing, and Regression Testing. Exposure to Workforce Management platforms such as UKG, WFS, Human Force, Workday, or similar systems is preferred. Strong understanding of data types in workforce management platforms and experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) practices. Experience in developing testing strategies and generating reports. Previous experience in Workforce Management (WFM) projects is highly desirable. Ability to work across multiple business units and manage competing demands.
