Quality Hotel Colonial Launceston is looking for Full or Part Time Guest Service Agents to join our expanding Hotel. The role is a combination of customer service and administration, ideal for someone with previous experience in customer service, accommodation, travel or tourism industry. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Greeting and checking in our guests Providing an exceptional guest experience Handling guest communications via phone, email and direct Coordinating with our housekeeping and maintenance teams Processing reservations General administration tasks as required Guest account reconciliation Ideal Experience: Previous experience in administration, travel or tourism preferred but not essential Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude The ability to provide a high level of customer satisfaction Professional presentation Availability to work a variety of shifts on a rotating roster (including weekends and public holidays) Application process: Applicants will be required to provide evidence of their eligibility to work in Australia.
