Supplying to Bunnings Stores and Trade markets throughout Australia and New Zealand.About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and versatile brand marketing specialist capable of driving growth and building a strong market presence across both B2B and B2C segments within the fencing, hardware, and joinery industries. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, strong market insights, and a hands-on approach to manage both consumer and business-facing product portfolios.This role offers a high level of ownership and autonomy. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and collaborative skills, be detail-oriented, with a proactive, solution-focused and adaptable approach to changing market conditions.Key Responsibilities:Brand Positioning & Creative Direction: Assist in the development and execution of clear, impactful brand positioning for each company, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels while respecting the unique identity of each brand. Work with the Group Marketing Manager to help steer creative direction and ensure all initiatives align with brand values and strategic goals.Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns tailored to both retail (B2C) and trade (B2B) audiences. Assist in creating strategies that drive customer engagement and conversion through various marketing channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.Work closely with internal and external teams—including designers, content creators, and media planners—to execute creative assets that are on-brand and effective. Ensure marketing materials are aligned with the overall campaign strategy and resonate with the target audience.Support the alignment of marketing campaigns with the company’s business objectives. Monitor performance metrics and contribute to the optimization of campaigns to ensure they drive measurable results such as brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.Regularly monitor and analyze campaign performance, utilizing data, customer feedback, and market insights. Help adjust strategies and tactics in real-time to improve effectiveness and ensure the brand remains competitive.Collaborate with various departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure consistent brand messaging and a unified customer experience. Provide insights and support to other teams as needed to achieve brand goals.Assist in managing the marketing budget for each brand, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently. Contribute to the preparation of regular reports that track campaign performance, budget status, and the achievement of brand objectives.Market Trends & Competitor Insights:Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activities, and evolving customer behaviors.
