Southern Adelaide Local Health Network – Flinders Medical Centre – Women's and Children's Division Salary $58,709.00- $63,154.00 ASO2 (Pro Rata) | Part Time 15 hours per week – Ongoing Kickstart your career at SA Health About the Role: Reporting to the Unit Head Neonatal Perinatal Medicine, as the Administrative Assistant duties of the role may include: Provide a confidential executive secretarial support service to the Department of Neonatal Perinatal Medicine and its medical staff Schedule and co-ordinate appointments/meetings for senior medical staff and with other departments and outside organisations using Outlook Prepare reports, draft correspondence, agendas and minutes for prompt distribution Assist with HR Administration Prepare, update and distribute medical staff rosters About you: Use a wide range of computer software packages e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint and Outlook etc Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with members of the public, patient, visitors and hospital staff Manage time effectively including organising and prioritising workload to meet deadlines Proven experience in providing general comprehensive and confidential clerical, typing and reception tasks to senior officers Experience in developing, maintaining and controlling appropriate administrative systems Be willing to work additional hours Please see the attached Role Description for additional information.
