Role offers full time work from home or access to offices based in Melbourne, competitive salary and additional employee benefits.About the JobDevelop full stack software and database enhancements to introduce new product functionality.Identify, diagnose, and resolve bugs/issues in collaboration with the support team.Maintain standards for security, code integrity, and system documentation as per company protocols.Collaborate closely with the Engineering Manager, Senior Engineers and Product Managers to size and deliver software projects efficiently.Actively participate in continuous process improvement to enhance product quality and address common customer complaints.Engage consistently in team rituals and product development processes to ensure alignment and contribute to team goals.Participate in On-call support activities.About YouMinimum Qualifications4 years + proven experience in Web Application Development.4 years + Proficiency in Microsoft .NET, C#4 years + Skilled in Microsoft SQL Server (SQL Azure preferred), including T-SQL, Tables, Views, and Stored Procedures.Familiarity with cloud-based services, ideally the Azure Platform.Exposure to front-end frameworks including React.Experience writing and maintaining front and backend unit tests.Demonstrated capability in building security-centric software with a strong understanding of security practices including OWASP.Ability to work autonomously and be accountable for delivery of features and projects.Able to regularly communicate the status of features to your team/manager, emphasizing blockers and risks.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with effective time management abilities.Able to remove blockers independently. #J-18808-Ljbffr
