A bit about the Senior Administration Officer role:
They say ‘variety is the spice of life’…this role delivers! As primary support to the CEO and a central contact to leaders across the organization, each day will bring something new. It is a role for a ‘think on your feet’, client-centric, experienced office administration star who is looking for purpose in their everyday!
Located at our Birtinya Offices, our new Super Star will quickly build strong organizational and industry knowledge to enable them to effectively:
* Support for CEO on a variety of day-to-day tasks.
* Be a primary client and corporate Partner Liaison, building relationships with key stakeholders and supporting mutually beneficial outcomes and service.
* Plan and coordinate events to support fundraising efforts, Trainee awards night, staff training days, and corporate engagement.
* Lead or participate in projects such as audits, site development, etc.
* Connect with community and council stakeholders to support Grant submissions, participation in events, and increase Compass' impact in our community.
* Manage facilities maintenance for our 10 sites and be primary contact for the supplier of office equipment and services.
* Manage Data, offer invoicing support, and general administration to support our broader team as needed.
* Switchboard and Vitality Village Contact.
* Assist with CRM, NDIS compliance, and subsequent invoicing.
* Assist with marketing, socials, and the development of promotional resources.
A bit about what our successful candidate will bring to our team:
* Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in an autonomous Administration role.
* Be able to demonstrate exceptional administration and ICT systems knowledge and skills.
* Be proactive, have brilliant time management, and deliver to deadlines.
* Love people, be an exceptional communicator and enjoy a fast-paced working environment where no day is the same.
* Hold or be willing to obtain a positive notice from the Department of Communities, Disability Services (Yellow Card) and Working with Children Check (Blue card).
* Have a driver's license and a car as you may need to work from various locations from time to time.
