Restaurant Manager Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Lotus Barangaroo in Sydney's premier dining precinct.
About the Role:
This is a permanent full-time position working 38 hours per week, with a competitive salary of $70,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year, plus superannuation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead from the front to deliver exceptional guest experiences
* Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability
* Manage front and back of house staff procedures, including food compliance and licensing
* Recruit, train, and develop new team members
* Experience developing managers and managing poor performance
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar leadership role
* Strong presence and communication skills
* Financial acumen, including understanding of P&L, budgets, GP, wages, rosters, and forecasting
* Able to work autonomously and make decisions
