Your role
The Field Manager is critical to ensuring excellence in store performance across the 7-Eleven network. Directly accountable for the performance of between 10 – 14 stores based across the south eastern Melbourne region, you are an experienced retail leader who will use that experience to coach and mentor Store Leaders to execute on our customer ambition.
We are looking for someone who has a passion for retailing, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and will thrive on daily interaction with like-minded people.
You will be someone who gets a buzz out of helping others be the best they can be, while at the same time driving excellence in store execution and customer service.
What’s in your toolkit?
Demonstrated experience and background in delivering solutions within a retail environment
A strong set of skills that allows you to be a high-performance coach and builder of capability in your people
Passionate about retail excellence and customer experience, fostering enthusiasm amongst the team and stores to bring our vision to life
A strong critical thinker with the ability to understand, analyze, and navigate complex interpersonal dynamics and issues
Leader of a high-performance and psychologically safe environment, actively involved in people development and my team's learning and growth
