Located in the heart of North West Sydney at the Norwest Business district, Loan Market Elevate is a thriving mortgage broking business that has been operating successfully for more than 10 years. We seek experienced brokers to join our expanding team. With our skilled Mortgage Brokers and Administrative support staff ensure our brokers can effectively serve our customers. With well-established referral partnerships and ample opportunities to build relationships with sales representatives, Loan Market Elevate offers the potential to settle many home loans and earn significant income.
THE ROLE
As a Mortgage Broker at Loan Market Elevate, you will play a crucial role in connecting clients with tailored mortgage solutions. You will work alongside a team of skilled brokers and support staff in a dynamic and results-driven environment. This role is perfect for individuals who are driven, focused on results, and have a passion for helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams.
Your day-to-day tasks would involve but not limited to:
* Conduct detailed consultations with clients to grasp their financial objectives and recommend appropriate mortgage products.
* Educate clients about the nuances of various mortgage options and assist them throughout the decision-making process.
* Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and gathering necessary documentation.
* Work closely with the internal team to ensure a smooth and efficient application process.
* Stay informed about market trends, interest rates, and regulatory changes to provide clients with timely and relevant information.
* Generate leads through various channels, such as networking events, social media, and referrals from our affiliated building companies.
* Develop and nurture relationships with real estate professionals and other industry partners.
To be successful for this role you'll need:
* Proven finance experience with a successful track record in a lending or sales role.
* Excellent client relationship management skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
* Understanding of mortgage products, lending regulations, and market dynamics.
* Cert IV Finance and Mortgage Broking at a minimum and requirement to obtain Diploma qualifications.
