Join an innovative and growing team as a Land Lease Sales Consultant, working in one of the newest communities in Hervey Bay. This full-time role spans five days, including weekends, offering an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.
About the Role
In this fast-paced position, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, building relationships, and driving sales in a land lease community. Success in this role requires strong communication, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate has experience in land lease or retirement living sales, though those with residential sales experience will also be considered. Key requirements include:
Understanding of land lease communities and their operationsPassion for customer service and fostering community connectionsStrong negotiation and interpersonal skillsConfidence in networking and attending customer eventsExperience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)Financial acumen and problem-solving capabilitiesQLD Real Estate Licence and valid Driver's LicenceIntermediate MS Office skills and the ability to manage competing priorities are also essential. Flexibility to work a varied roster is required.
