When our children and young people thrive, so do our communities and our state.About the Role:The Operations Lead will provide high-quality administrative support to the Manager and the Leads in the Inclusive Support and Advice directorate to achieve goals and objectives. This includes managing confidential and secretarial tasks, producing high-quality documents, and ensuring the timely provision of essential documentation. The role involves consulting with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the accurate and timely processing of information and documentation.The role requires being an active and effective team member, willing to learn and contribute to high performance, supporting ad hoc business functions, and participating in quality improvement of procedures. As the Operations Lead, you will possess a strong ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative, decision-making, negotiation skills, and the capacity to effectively manage a busy workload with minimal supervision.Desirable Knowledge and Qualifications:A tertiary qualification in a project, data or business-related field or equivalent experience.Knowledge of issues impacting on children and students with disability and their families.Special Conditions:The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry.
