What you need to have: At least 2 years' experience working in a risk, compliance, or legal role, including experience in the practical application of risk management.Experience in Australian superannuationSound understanding and ability to operate within Risk and Compliance frameworks, including the ability to consider risk strategically and take a commercial approach to compliance when required.Ability to contribute to risk profiles, and provide value and advice to the business in respect of risks, controls, process, and administrative matters.Ability to research and develop high level advice on legislative change.Ability to analyse and communicate complex matters in a commercially sensible way.Ability to analyse data and collate and prepare reports in relation to risk profiles, compliance plans, statutory requirements, regulatory fund lodgements, incidents, audit, and investment risk data.Ability to establish and maintain key stakeholder relationships across the business to promote risk and compliance matters.Strong written and verbal communication, with experience presenting to stakeholders and ability to explain complex scenarios in simple terms.Ability to manage deliverables with rapidly changing priorities and demands.Good organisational skills and an ability to work to tight deadlines, as well as prioritising tasks.
