The Position
1. Managing a clean portfolio in the Southern Suburbs covering Maddington, Gosnells and surrounds.
2. Reporting to a highly experienced General Manager who will support your growth and success
3. The portfolio also has leasing support and a strong team assisting with tenant enquiries.
4. VAs assisting with documentation - allowing you to focus on relationship building.
The Criteria
1. Previous experience in property management with your own portfolio.
2. Current PM Registration
3. Current driver's license
4. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
5. Excellent time management and care factor
6. A desire to learn and develop your career
