In this role, you will be pivotal in developing and executing strategies that align with our brand objectives and bring brand campaigns to life across all social media touchpoints.You will take the lead on developing social media channel-specific projects, managing them from concept to execution.
Additionally, you will collaborate closely on brand campaigns and new product development (NPD) launches, offering strategic recommendations on how to integrate social media and influencer marketing into execution plans.This role also requires strong leadership skills to guide a team of social media coordinators responsible for content creation and community management (CM).
In addition, you will take on an informal leadership role, providing guidance and support to the broader marketing team to ensure the execution of cohesive and impactful marketing strategies.In this fast-paced channel, it is imperative that this role stays up to date with emerging trends, tools, and best practices to keep our content fresh and our approach relevant.In this role, you'll be responsible for:Collaborating with the wider digital, marketing and sales teams to ensure social activity is in line with the broader business and brand strategies.Input into full-year go-to-market strategies ensuring priorities and focuses for the year are addressed at the planning stage.Lead and manage two direct reports - social team co-coordinators, overseeing the team's needs and ensuring work is to a high standard.Accountable for high-quality content creation and community management by closely reviewing and approving content produced by the team.Ensure social team are actively managing and engaging with social communities to the highest standard, driving engagement rates and growth of the accounts.Working closely with Digital Lead on paid social strategy for all brands and curating content and copy for paid activity.Tracking, analysing and reporting on the performance of social media and influencer campaigns, using insights to optimize strategies and improve results.Influencer marketing: Work with brand and sales team to define the right approach for influencers to meet brand objectives across consumer and B2B.
