Your Role
We are seeking a skilled Concierge to elevate the guest experience and leave a lasting impression.
You will be the welcoming face and trusted guide for our guests, creating exceptional first and last impressions by handling their requests with a smile and a solution.
* Manage guest requests to ensure comfort, satisfaction, and a touch of magic throughout their stay.
* Keep our Guest Services database stocked with insider tips on local transport, babysitting services, and other valuable information.
* Collaborate seamlessly with Front Office departments to maintain smooth communication.
* Develop expertise on all aspects of Shangri-La, from room details to dining delights.
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Previous experience as a 5-star hotel Concierge or similar.
* Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with guests.
* Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A cool head under pressure and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
