About the Role
As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring that dishes are prepared to the highest standards. You will work closely with senior chefs, contribute to menu execution, and maintain efficiency in your station.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and Present Dishes: Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in your assigned section, adhering to our culinary standards.
* Work under Guidance: Work under the guidance of the Sous Chef and Executive Chef, receiving training and mentorship to enhance your skills.
* Maintain Quality and Hygiene: Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation, maintaining hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.
* Assist in Training Junior Staff: Assist in training junior kitchen staff, sharing your expertise and knowledge to develop their skills.
* Manage Stock Levels and Waste: Manage stock levels and minimize waste, contributing to the efficient operation of the kitchen.
About You
* Experience in Fine Dining or Premium Restaurants: Possess experience in a similar role within fine dining or premium restaurants, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
* Ability to Work Efficiently: Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently under pressure, maintaining composure and professionalism in fast-paced environments.
* Strong Teamwork and Communication Skills: Display strong teamwork and communication skills, able to build relationships with colleagues and provide excellent customer service.
* Knowledge of Food Safety and Hygiene Regulations: Possess knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring compliance and adherence to industry standards.
* Certificates and Qualifications: Hold relevant certificates and qualifications, such as Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and Food Handling Supervisor certificate.
