AGL is seeking a Senior Construction Manager – Wind to drive the successful execution of our wind energy projects. About the Role Reporting to the Gene r al Manager for Construction, you will provide strategic oversight and direct management of all project management across multiple wind construction projects. You will lead teams, drive innovation, manage budgets, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest safety and environmental standards. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans for wind construction projects aligned with AGL’s business objectives. Collaborate with senior leadership to drive innovation and efficiency. Oversee all aspects of wind farm construction, ensuring projects meet time, budget, and quality targets. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of project managers and construction professionals. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, contractors, industry bodies, and government agencies. Promote a proactive safety culture and ensure compliance with AGL’s HSE policies. What We’re Looking For Tertiary qualification in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Extensive construction management experience, ideally within large-scale renewable energy projects (preferably wind). L eadership experience, mentoring and growing high-performing teams. Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills, with experience managing relationships across multiple levels. Expertise in project management methodologies, risk assessment, and contract management. Deep understanding of HSE regulations and best practices within construction.
