We currently looking for an experienced Warranty & Vehicle Repair Specialist with exceptional skills to work at our multi franchised dealership in Pennant Hills, representing our European & Japanese Brands.
Reporting to the General Manager you will be in charge of ensuring all warranty claims relating to the service and repair of vehicles are processed with a high degree of efficiency and accuracy.
In this role you will be responsible for:
• Compiling and completing warranty claims ensuring adherence to guidelines set by the manufacturer and the Alto Group within required timelines
• Keeping valid, current and legible records of all claims submitted
• Maintaining warranty storage of return parts and return all parts requested
• Utilize technical mechanical knowledge & experience to advise and manage motor vehicle warranty and service activities for the Alto Group
• Prepare warranty claims, journals & reconciliation summaries in accordance with strict individual manufacturer supplier requirements
To be successful in this role you will need to have the following:
• Previous experience within a Warranty Specialist role
• At least five (5) years of relevant motor industry experience
• Experience with European brands
• Technical motor vehicle repair and parts knowledge would be well regarded
• Excellent attention to detail
• Operate with a high level of Integrity
• Work in a team environment with a "Can Do" attitude.
