Our client is looking for experienced full-time & part-time bartenders to join their very busy and fast-growing team. Candidates must have full flexibility with hours and recent experience within the hospitality industry - minimum 1 year bartender experience, full barista experience, and familiarity with making cocktails.
Candidates must have a can-do attitude, be trustworthy, and very friendly. We are looking for individuals who have a bright and bubbly personality and can work well alongside a team as well as thrive on their own.
The main role will be on the bar making cocktails, alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages, and hot drinks. However, we are looking for an individual who can, if required, also work alongside the FOH team on the floor serving customers.
General day-to-day duties would include:
1. Closing the restaurant and serving drinks.
2. Running busy lunch and dinner services on the bar, working alongside other team members.
3. Running the bar solely and competently producing drinks quickly but still of high quality.
4. Greeting customers with a bubbly, happy personality.
Training will be offered where needed; however, candidates who already have a high level of bar training are more desirable.
Working hours will be between 40-45 hours per week spread over 5 days, always working Friday & Saturday nights for full-time. Part-time is flexible but would require weekend availability.
Should the right candidate prove themselves over their probational period, more senior positions within the company are available.
If you think you would be a good fit for our team, then send in your CV and cover letter.
Only apply for this position if you have relevant experience and have flexible working hours.
