Job Purpose Produce professional expediting and logistics services and develop solutions for critical decisions that have high value impact on the organization.Key Job Accountabilities - I Achieve complex and critical logistics and expediting activities requiring high expertise, such as shutdowns, plant emergencies, services to ensure quality, cost and time targets.Develop effective logistics plans and apply relevant tools and techniques to identify suitable methods with related vendors and communicate with them for assigned commodities.Review, analyze and evaluate all shipping and commercial documentations for all deliveries and ensure correct approvals, handling and packaging.Identify shipping regulation changes, monitor logistic vendors and provide reports on performance, costs and product development.Key Job Accountabilities - II Identify and implement solutions for complex and critical logistics problems, variations, and dispute issues, with an appreciation of the overall value-effectiveness of solutions.Recommend improvements for expediting procedures and practices to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of operations.Coordinate logistics and expediting activities between suppliers, logistic vendors, and end users to satisfy Company business requirements and targeted savings.Establish ethical relationships with government entities, suppliers and logistic vendors to ensure the most cost effective solutions.Recommend commercial commitments between Company and logistics suppliers to deliver required materials and recommend the best mode of transport.Qualifications Bachelor degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration or equivalent.Knowledge and/or Experience - I 6 years' experience in logistics/procurement within the oil and gas industry. #J-18808-Ljbffr
