Job Description:
This is a unique opportunity to work with NSW Health in the establishment and implementation of their new Adult Survivors Program.
The successful candidate will provide advanced clinical, strategic, educational and programmatic expertise and leadership in this specialist integrated program for adult survivors of child sexual abuse with complex needs.
This role requires the ability to lead the establishment of local clinical networks and relationships, establish and maintain effective networks with relevant clinical streams, clinicians, and services within the LHD, and facilitate partnerships between services/streams to improve service delivery and coordination.

Requirements:
* Social Work qualifications in accordance with Schedule C of the NSW Health Service Health Professionals (State) and demonstrated commitment to ongoing clinical and professional learning
* Demonstrated extensive post graduate clinical experience in providing counselling, groupwork, parenting and case management interventions to clients where child protection, violence, neglect and trauma incidents have occurred
* Excellent negotiation, decision making and advocacy skills, including the ability to interact constructively and collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders throughout all organisational levels
* Proven ability to provide high level clinical advice and education to enhance service delivery, including demonstrated capacity to provide clinical supervision around violence, abuse and neglect issues
* Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, work in partnership with key stakeholders and apply independent professional judgement when dealing with situations of a complex nature
