As a member of the Production team, you will be responsible for helping to manage the plant performance, concentrate blending and logistics strategy, and improvement projects focused on metal recovery, operating costs, and environmental performance.
You will use your skills and creativity to identify appropriate solutions to technical opportunities and challenges, and work collaboratively with people within Operations, Maintenance, Refinery, and Concentrator teams.
