About the Role
As a vital team member in our HR Department, you will work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple project sites to provide comprehensive HR support to site teams at Eastern Guruma. This role is key to fostering a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace.
Your Responsibilities:
* Advise site management and employees on company policies and procedures.
* Support disciplinary processes and conflict resolution to maintain harmony and compliance.
