The SRC Dental Case Manager is responsible for the front office management, including Dental training, scheduling, reception, registration of patients. 100% responsible for Dental error reports, timely corrections, enforce use of Dental application for scheduling and DHAT coding. Coordination of Dental ports adding/removing maintenance.
The SRC Dental Case manager is also responsible for the case management support and care coordination to clients and their families who present to the SRC for dental services; coordinate appointments and follow-up for patients on recall lists, treatment plans, and those due for preventive or routine exams. Coordinate with the SRC Operations Managers, DHAT’s, Dental Assistants, and Hospital Dental Providers in meeting census, revenue, and treatment goals.
Position Qualifications:
* Ability to assume responsibility, meet deadlines and follow schedules with minimal supervision.
* Yup’ik/English bilingual preferred.
* Dental anatomy, basic dental instrumentation, basic dental assisting and customer service skills.
