Selection Criteria 1. Approval to teach secondary library or currently enrolled in Teacher Librarian qualifications approved by the NSW Department of Education. 2. Capacity to effectively manage a school library including the use of technology to assist students in accessing, evaluating and synthesising information. 3. Demonstrated ability and willingness to maintaining a library environment conducive to supporting and encouraging students in independent learning, reading, research and study. 4. Highly developed interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively within a team to support the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning programs in the library and across the school. Conditions An unconditional full approval to teach is a requirement.
