DUTIES Management of Accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, and Fixed Asset Management.Prepare and analyse financial reports, statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and provide advice on business transactions and taxation.Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to drive business growth.Ability to understand the Business structure and provide financial and taxation advice on business structures, plans and operations.Ability to use different software tools to perform accounting activities, advising on the new accounting strategies and keeping the business informed with the recent policies and updates to perform the work efficiently.Monitoring cash flow and working capital, formulate budget and policies surrounding the management of expenses to ensure financial stability of the business.Assist business in tax compliance, BAS lodgement, and liaise with external auditors.REQUIRED SKILLS Minimum Bachelor level qualification in the relevant field1-2 years of experience preferredREQUIRED QUALIFIED ACCOUNTANT – Full Time – on Annual Package Au$75000 – Au$80000.
