The Opportunity Our Travel Consultants represent the TripADeal brand and provide first class customer service in all customer interactions before, during, and after the sale. A Day in the Life As the initial point of contact for customer enquiries, this role will be responsible for providing an exceptional level of customer service with a purpose of converting enquiries into sales, seeing travel dreams come true. Organisational Structure Reporting to a Team Leader within our highly successful Sales & Service team, this is a permanent opportunity available within our inbound and outbound call centre!This is a high volume call-based position, working 100% onsite in our Gold Coast office, located in Varsity Lakes.Remote and or hybrid arrangements are not available.This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week over 5 days.Our operating hours span 7 days a week, from 8am to 7pm, Monday through Sunday.You will be scheduled on a rotating roster, working 1 in 3 weekends, with two weekdays off.The team also works on public holidays, which are incentivised along with weekend shifts.
