As the Business Support Officer at BreastScreen SA (BSSA), you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of administrative services within the Corporate Services team. Your responsibilities will include coordinating procurement processes, managing financial functions such as invoice processing and expenditure tracking, and overseeing purchasing and supply streams for both administrative and medical needs across all BSSA sites. Beyond day-to-day operations, you will also be responsible for coordinating facilities management, liaising with contractors and service providers, and ensuring maintenance requirements are met across all locations. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you will provide expert advice and implement best-practice administrative procedures to support BSSA’s strategic objectives. Experienced in key administrative systems – Preferably experienced in Oracle, Basware NG, and PCMS (Procurement and Contract Management System), with strong skills in Microsoft Office and the ability to adapt to new technologies with ease. Strong communication and teamwork – Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders and foster positive team collaboration. Highly organised and adaptable – Proven ability to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and handle competing demands while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
