Brand Management (Marketing & Communications) Contract/Temp
Salary: $140K - $160K + Super - option for four days

Our client is a family-owned FMCG business with a $70M multi-brand portfolio spanning multiple channels and categories within both retail and foodservice. The business focuses on quality and flavour, continually developing their portfolio to meet the evolving needs of the Australian consumer, with something for everyone in their range, as well as a focus on driving sustainability. They are committed to supporting their ongoing growth, with the team having almost tripled in size in recent years as they continue to focus on bringing in great talent into the organisation and investing in resources to drive efficiency and improve ways of working. Due to a parental leave cover, there is an opportunity to join the business in a 12-month contract role.
About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, the Marketing Manager will lead a team of three within a 360 role. You'll have the opportunity to drive brand planning and activation, focusing on brand awareness and consideration through fun and engaging campaigns to drive masterbrand and support NPD launches. You'll also lead innovation from insight and ideation through to launch, partnering with local manufacturing to expand brands into new categories and segments.

This role will best suit a candidate with:
Prior 360 FMCG marketing experience, at a Senior Brand Manager or Marketing Manager level role, or similarBrand planning and campaign management experience working alongside agency partnersInnovation and NPD Project Management experience working with local manufacturingExperience working with Coles/WW/Aldi and having been retailer facingPrevious people leadership experience with a passion for mentoring and developmentCulture
