About the role: The Compliance officer is responsible for executing check calls for potential abnormal cases, manual audit of warranty bills, and visit on-site service centres for regular audits.
Duties and Responsibilities: Perform and process day-to-day Compliance Operations to ensure that the company policies and procedures are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.
Extreme composure in handling demanding situations; demonstrates strong commitment in always completing tasks efficiently and responsibly whilst maintaining keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with an ability to convey information professionally, concisely and without ambiguity; comfortable in interacting with people from a diverse range of backgrounds Produce various reports for weekly and monthly end data analysis for auditing purposes Visiting Service Centre to conduct site audit and compliance check.
