About Your Role
Due to upcoming parental leave, we have an opportunity for a 12-month fixed term contract as our Talent Acquisition Manager in the People & Culture team.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment function for all IXOM business units across Australia and New Zealand.
* Partner with organisation leaders to provide proactive sourcing solutions and attract critical roles.
* Recruit and lead candidates with excellent experience front of mind, delivering efficient service to Hiring Managers.
* Lead a small team to ensure quality and timely outcomes in line with the IXOM business strategy.
* Provide coaching and expert advice on recruitment processes as required.
Requirements
* Tertiary education in HR or business-related discipline (preferred).
* At least 3-5 years' experience in senior recruitment role, ideally within a leadership capacity.
* Excellent understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
* Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or chemical related industries (advantageous).
* Thorough understanding of employment legislation related to recruitment.
