Parklife Metro requires an experienced BIM Modeller. You will play a critical role in providing specialized BIM expertise and support within the organization. Part of the responsibilities revolve around BIM modelling, documentation, clash detection, standards compliance, software expertise, training and support, data management, quality control, visualization, and continuous improvement to optimize project outcomes through effective BIM utilization.
It is essential you have previous experience using Revit and Navisworks. Ideally but not essential is experience on Revizto, Civil 3D and 12D.
About The Project Parklife Metro JV is leading a transformative Metro project connecting St Marys to Bradfield, linking with the new Western Sydney Airport that is currently under construction. Key Responsibilities Be part of Coordination activities of Data Exchange, BIM Model, Review/Clash detection, support quantity take off and managing Revizto. Work closely with project teams to develop and manage project BIM execution plans and to ensure seamless integration of the model. Work with construction teams to agree and facilitate the achievement of SoW for critical areas. Regularly update models to reflect design changes, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all project phases. Maintain version control of the BIM model, tracking changes and revisions. Review and oversee the production of 3D models, drawings and documentation. Monitor and control the quality of deliverables from all project teams and sub-contractors. Manage metadata and ensure that data embedded in the models is correct and comprehensive. Ensure models adhere to established BIM standards and protocols. Qualifications Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field. Minimum 3 Years' Experience In a BIM-related Role. General understanding of design/engineering/construction. Ability/experience working with high level of detail models. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
