About the Opportunity
Due to the growth of our business, we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Representative to join our Emerald team.
Predominantly servicing the needs of our mining customers, you will be the first point of contact for our company and the integral link for supporting our valued customers.
The role will provide holistic OEM customer and technical support for our valued mining customers, and your previous experience with off-highway electric drive haul trucks and hydraulic excavators will enable you to be successful in this customer-facing role.

14. Trade Qualified – Minimum mechanical or electrical trade qualifications
