We are seeking a qualified Electrical Service Manager to lead our in-house electrical team while working closely alongside the Head of Services (Director). The main objective of this position is to ensure the delivery of high-quality electrical services, manage day-to-day operations, and drive team performance. Key Duties & Responsibilities Manage the electrical team, ensuring high performance and quality standards. Assign labour to projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation and scheduling. Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as project managers and contractors, to coordinate electrical installations within construction projects. Support and oversee small and technical projects from inception to completion. Prepare tender documents and service and maintenance contracts. Handle invoicing and financial aspects of electrical projects. Manage material ordering and maintain inventory levels. Ensure Quality, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems are adhered to throughout projects. Ensure all visitors and workers to the project site complete the required electronic paperwork. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Stay updated on electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance and best practices. Requirements - to be considered for the role, you must: Hold a valid NSW Electrical Licence. Have a minimum of 2 years proven experience in a similar role. Procore experience is advantageous but not necessary. Hold a current NSW Drivers Licence. Hold a current White Card (General Construction Induction Card). Hold current First Aid training, or be willing to undertake training. Hold a current Working With Children Check, or be willing to undertake. Be willing to undergo a NSW Police Check (if application is successful). Have a strong attention to detail and finishing touches. Be able to work independently and unsupervised, as well as be a collaborative team player with demonstrated ability to work effectively in group settings.
