Job Summary
This is a full-time opportunity to join a stable and growing business as an HR Manager.
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in HR, several years' experience in a similar role, clear communication skills both verbal and written, and a desire for a long-term career within a growing business.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day HR processes
* Facilitate employee onboarding experiences
* Maintain accurate HR data to reflect employee changes
* Collaborate with management to enhance HR systems
* Accurately process and manage payroll
* Create and drive forward positive staff initiatives to create positive team morale
Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in HR
* Several years' experience in a similar role
* Clear communication skills both verbal and written
* Desire for a long-term career within a growing business
* Experience with Bright HR systems or similar
