The Role:
Providing national support for all Air Conditioning product related issues involving escalations, reporting to management, and communicating with internal/external stakeholders until a solution is implemented in the field as necessary. Managing Service KPI via root cause analysis and implementing action plans, managing progress for improvement.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Support Service Centres with technical information and assistance via various supporting processes.
2. Support with technical assistances and product trainings to Service Centres via collaboration with A/C Trainer/Commissioning officer in Sales team.
3. Liaise with Quality Control team and conduct initial quality test on new products at warehouse and produce QC test report to the business
4. Managing Service KPI (such as CRRR - Repeated Repair Reduction by Service Centre tech) via cause analysis and implementing improvement plans.
5. Involve and assist Training activity for Service Centres
6. Manage Product rework as required.
7. Confirm/Produce technical bulletins and prepare Quality reports when required.
8. Conduct investigations into problem equipment and provide summary, effect and recommendations.
9. Maintain quality records for factory feedback and management reporting.
About You:
10. Post trade 3-5 years of relevant experience in air conditioning industry
11. Minimum Certificate III in Electro technology, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
12. Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Trade Certificate or equivalent
